A single, consistent belt ladder — White through Master Black Belt — plus a dedicated Executive & Champion track for the leaders who fund and defend improvement work. Every level is available online, in the classroom, or as a private cohort onsite.
Fluency in Lean Six Sigma vocabulary, the DMAIC cycle, and basic process mapping — built for team members who support projects without leading them.
Runs a real DMAIC project part-time alongside a day job: statistical process control, hypothesis testing, root-cause tools, and a graded capstone project.
Advanced DOE, regression, and process capability analysis, with an AI project coach reviewing every DMAIC deliverable. Candidates lead a full improvement project to a documented financial result.
Program design, coaching Black Belts through their own projects, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methods for teams building new products or services from scratch.
Built for sponsors, not practitioners: how to select projects with real P&L impact, remove organizational barriers, and read a project charter or control plan without needing a translator.
Mix formats within a single belt if you need to — start self-paced, join a live classroom lab for the capstone, and finish with an AI-coached project review.
Video lessons, downloadable templates, and practice datasets — start any day, work at your own pace.
Scheduled instructor-led sessions with a fixed cohort, breakout labs, and live Q&A.
Multi-day intensives at our regional training centers — hands-on labs with real production data.
We bring faculty to your facility and build the curriculum around your own process data.
A Black Belt cohort working a real DMAIC project at one of our regional training centers.
A participant joining a scheduled instructor-led session with breakout labs and live Q&A.
SPC, OEE, and capability studies on real line data.
Patient-flow and device-quality projects aligned to ISO 13485 expectations.
Service-quality and CX projects — pairs naturally with our QA evaluation platform.
Training and certification are priced as two separate line items — the exam fee is a pass-through we never mark up, billed by the accrediting body, not by Meridian Sigma.
| Belt | Format | Training only | Certification exam fee | Training + Certification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yellow Belt | Online or live virtual | $199 | $99 | $298 |
| Green Belt | Online, live virtual, or classroom | $899 | $195 | $1,094 |
| Black Belt | Online (8 wks) or 4–8 day classroom | $2,490 | $295 | $2,785 |
| Master Black Belt | Week-long classroom intensive | $4,900 | $750 | $5,650 |
| Executive & Champion Track | 1–2 day onsite workshop | $1,500 | — (certificate of completion) | $1,500 |
Yellow Belt is the entry tier — a short, low-cost introduction before committing to a full belt. Training-only prices reflect Meridian Sigma's premium positioning against the global market range we benchmark against, from budget self-paced providers (roughly $175–$700 per belt) to university and boutique-consulting programs (roughly $1,900–$5,500 per belt). Certification exam fees are the Council for Six Sigma Certification's (CSSC) current published rates — paid by the candidate to CSSC, not to Meridian Sigma. IASSC, a different independent body, prices its own Black Belt exam higher (around $395) and will be used instead on request. AI project-coach add-on: +$150/person, any belt. Corporate groups of 5+ receive a discount on the training fee — contact us for a quote. Prices are per participant, guide pricing in USD; final invoice can be issued in USD, EUR, or GBP. Payment is 50% at enrollment and 50% at the start of training — see our cancellation & refund policy.
