A structured review of all seven ASQ Body of Knowledge domains, built around the same open-book reference strategy the exam rewards — plus an AI tutor that finds and drills your weakest domains until they're not weak anymore.
Our syllabus mirrors ASQ's own CQE Body of Knowledge structure so nothing is over- or under-weighted relative to the real exam.
Quality philosophies, standards, and how quality organizations are structured and led.
Elements of a documented quality system and how it's planned, deployed, and audited.
Design inputs, verification and validation, and reliability/maintainability concepts.
Measurement systems, statistical process control, and material control methods.
Quality tools, corrective/preventive action, and improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
Probability, statistics, sampling, and hypothesis testing applied to quality problems.
FMEA, risk assessment tools, and how they connect back to design and process control decisions.
ASQ's CQE exam is built for candidates with hands-on quality-engineering experience. As a general guide, ASQ requires eight years of relevant work experience, with at least three in a decision-making role — degree waivers can reduce that requirement. We'll confirm your specific eligibility against ASQ's current requirements before you enroll, since ASQ is the certifying body, not us.
ASQ prices a course fee and its certification exam fee separately — we follow the same structure. The exam fee is set and collected by ASQ, not Meridian Sigma, and is identical no matter which format you train in.
Self-paced e-learning, ASQ's most common format — ~70 hours, start any day. Live virtual and classroom cost more; see formats below.
Reserve your seat$780 training + ASQ's $550 exam fee, itemized — the exam fee is billed by ASQ directly and is never marked up.
AI adaptive tutor add-on: +$150/person, any format. ASQ exam retake fee (if needed) is $350, billed directly by ASQ.
Choose your format~70 hours, start any day.
~35 hours over 2 weeks, instructor-led.
